Delete your account
or data.

Account deletion and deleting content from your phone are separate actions.

Delete an account in the app

Open the account/settings drawer from the home screen’s account icon.
If signed in to a permanent account, choose Delete account.
Read and confirm the deletion prompt. Wait for confirmation that the account was deleted. If the app reports an error, retry or contact us.

This deletes the synchronized account and private account records, removes its public profile, and revokes active share links. The deletion flow clears private Ask Cue history and the account photo from the device. Local Cues remain on that device.

Request deletion by email

If you cannot access the app or want to delete particular information, email f.ahmed9446@gmail.com with the subject Kue data deletion request.

Identify the Kue account or information concerned. For social-platform data, include the platform and public profile link or handle. We may need to verify control of an account before deleting its data. Do not send passwords, login codes, access tokens, or identity documents unless a proportionate verification step is specifically agreed.

We will acknowledge the request, explain verification or limits, and respond under applicable requirements. Use the same address to follow up. Nonusers can also request review or deletion of information about them.

Delete local content

Delete unwanted items or source media using available app controls. Activity lets you delete queued shares. A queue entry, retained source photo, and saved recommendation can be separate records. Removing Kue deletes local app data but does not request deletion of a hosted account.

Social-platform data and retained copies

Official social connections are not yet publicly available. Use the email route for any platform-related data concern. When a connection becomes available, its removal and revocation controls must be disclosed with that feature.

Other people may keep copies already saved and legitimate anonymous score totals. Limited records may remain for applicable legal obligations, security, disputes, or backup cleanup; we will explain relevant exceptions. Read the privacy policy for retention details.
