USING KUE

Kue (also called Cue in development builds and Kue App in platform approval screens) is operated by Fahim Ahmed. Contact f.ahmed9446@gmail.com for support or privacy requests.

About the service

Kue helps people save, organize, try, and share recommendations. It is in development, not a public App Store release. Access to a development build does not promise that every feature is available. Kue is for adults aged 18 or older.

By using available Kue services, you agree to these terms and to use the service lawfully. Our privacy policy explains information handling.

Your content and instructions

You are responsible for content you submit and for having the necessary rights or permissions. Submitting content through an available processing feature instructs Kue and its disclosed providers to process the selected source for that feature. Retries remain linked to that request. This grants no rights belonging to someone else and does not authorize unrelated collection.

Sharing or publishing is a separate choice. Only publish content you are entitled to share. Processing a link does not establish ownership, platform permission, or a license to republish its contents. Third-party services have their own terms.

Accounts and social connections

Keep account access secure and provide accurate information. Do not impersonate others or claim an account you do not control. Official social connections are still being developed. When available, they require the platform’s approval flow and may depend on its eligibility rules.

Recommendations and CueScore

Recommendations reflect user submissions and available source information. They can be incomplete, outdated, or wrong. Confirm important details directly before relying on a recommendation or making a purchase.

CueScore is a reputation measure based on qualifying activity recorded by Kue. It is not money, a payment entitlement, a guarantee of influence, or a promise of future benefits. Totals and attribution can change when activity is corrected, duplicated, invalidated, or found abusive. Contact us about scoring or attribution problems.

Acceptable use

Do not violate others’ rights, distribute malicious or unlawful content, bypass platform protections, interfere with the service, fabricate account ownership, or attempt unauthorized access. We may restrict use or remove content to protect people and the service, address misuse, or meet legal requirements.

Local data and availability

Some information remains only on your device. Retained source photos are not synced or backed up by Kue. Local content can be lost when the app is removed, local data is reset, or the device is lost or damaged. Remote and local deletion are separate; see deletion instructions.

Development features may change, pause, fail, or become unavailable. Online features depend on network access and external services. To the extent permitted by law, Kue is provided as available without a guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free service or suitability for every purpose. Nothing here removes a right or remedy that applicable law does not allow us to limit.

Ending use and changes

You can stop using Kue at any time and request account deletion. Contact f.ahmed9446@gmail.com for support, privacy requests, content concerns, or attribution disputes.

We may update these terms as the service changes. The current version shows its updated date. Material product or data-handling changes must be reflected in relevant disclosures before release.
